I shipped the slide to them Monday before last, they got it on Wednesday and they sent me a return tracking email on Saturday. I received it back today. It took them all of a week to Mill and Cerakote the slide and get it back to me.

CZC plates have thicker 8-32 screws and have a lesser chance of stripping than thinner optic mounting screws. This Cajun milled Shadow 2 slide below was $125 charge to fix. Had that screw got stripped in a plate, simply replacing that plate wouldve put me 80 bucks ahead. In addition fixing it took some threads out of the slide.Note – The cz shadow 2 optics ready model does not come with the plate. So I recommend a CZ shadow 2 RMR plate. I have had milled slides and they fit better but if you cross thread or sheer a screw off you might need a whole new slide. I went with cz plate system in my shadow 2 but there is an ugly gap.
