Depending on how good the order is, how often good orders are coming up that night, and also how busy the restaurant is, I'll sometimes wait up to 15 minutes. Driver picks up my food, and goes to 5-7 other locations all over town before delivering to me a literal hour later. I live .5 miles tops from the location, and my food was ice cold.
