Hey everyone. I've been experimenting with Reshade, and recently subbed to the Beta Tier for Pascal / Marty McFly's RTGI Ray Tracing Shader. Below are comparison screenshots uploaded to imgsli. There are several shaders being used, but the RGTI shader is at the top of the list, and is what I base all other shaders off of.
1. Identify your game folder, and open it in Windows Explorer. This is where you installed FFXIV. It contains ffxiv_dx11.exe. If you can't find it, look at the FAQ. 2. Back up the C:\Program Files\GShade\gshade-shaders and game\gshade-presets folder. This contains GShade's shaders and presets, obviously. Good visibility in dungeons and dark areas. Nuke LWP (HGP4) Expand Spoiler for Original image comparison. An attempt at a performance-friendly Photo/Gameplay preset, aiming for subtle, cooler color changes with some light sharpening. Lower performance impact than both AVBR and ECDP presets, but still a noticeable drop in performance.Notice to uninstall GShade if you use it for FFXIV or other games.
