Dec 14, 2020 · The average UWorld question is harder than the average AAMC question, but the questions that stratify the 80th and especially 90th+ percentile scores on the real exam are going to be harder and probably require more critical thinking/analysis than UWorld. The PS was very representative and the style of the BB passages was representative as well. I thought the physics was harder than aamc material but still fair. I’ve heard that uworld uses some of the same passages as aamc for cars but never did any. The main advantage of uworld is the explanations on the qs. Very in-depth and informative.
