The 300 pg document has everything Kaplan has but more required things you have to know. Kaplan P/S leaves out important information. My best bet is to just read the 300 pg document. AAMC exams will be the best gauge, but Kaplan is very very good, and comes pretty close to the actual thing. I remember reading somewhere that a majority of students score 3-5 points better on the actual MCAT compared to the Kaplan exams. Kaplan sucks for P/S. It doesn't hit the major points the same way and leaves a lot out that is tested. I think P/S is the one section you almost NEED to use anki for.
