I have the same problem. Since about last month, Prime Video has frequently crashed on Roku TV. No other apps do that. I did everything you suggested and more with no help. It seems to be a coding problem. Amazon needs to look into this. As is, Prime Video is not useable.I removed my Prime channel and reinstalled it. works just fine now. When deleting and reinstalling, be sure to reboot the Roku after the deletion of the app and before the reinstallation of the app. The reboot, when done there, will clear out any residual data about the app, which, if part of the issue, might otherwise cause the issue to remain.
