Nov 8, 2018 · I really do appreciate your time. Thankfully, the Windows app works well enough to allow me to check my email and respond. The only issue I am running into is that my contacts do not automatically pop up when I begin typing in an email address. I can live with that in the short-term. I tried the app on my phone and it will not work. If your emails are still not coming through, I would definitely suggest you to try clearing the cache & data for the Email App, then re-adding your account back on.
