Please know we’re working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. I am an Official Xfinity Employee. Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership. I'm a Diamond member. I requested a reward for free peacock premium. I spent about 7-8 hours on the phone with Xfinity I got two different ECM # . I only got one call back form Xfinity. I cannot activate my reward. Every time I get the same message . This is not anyway to run a offer.
